Field Sales Representative – Eir
€32,000 Basic + Uncapped Weekly Commission
Permanent | Full-Time | 11am–8pm

We’re looking for confident, ambitious people to join FMI’s Eir Field Sales team.
You’ll be out in your own territory, meeting customers face-to-face and helping them find the Eir broadband, TV and mobile solutions that are right for them.
No desk. No staring at the same four walls all day. You’ll be out meeting people, managing your territory and building your earnings as you go.

• €32,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission, paid weekly
• OTE €60,000+ High performers are earning €75,000+
• Commission from your first sale

What Will You Actually Be Doing?
You’ll be the face of Eir in your territory — meeting customers at their homes, starting conversations, understanding what they need and recommending the right solution.
You’ll:

• Take ownership of your sales territory
• Have genuine face-to-face conversations with customers
• Recommend the right Eir broadband, TV and mobile solutions
• Handle questions and objections confidently
• Turn good conversations into sales
• Deliver a great customer experience
• Work towards — and ideally smash — your targets
• Keep your sales activity and customer information accurate

Some conversations will turn into sales. Some won’t. That’s sales. If you can take a “no”, move on and stay focused on the next opportunity, you’ll fit right in.

You don’t need to arrive knowing everything about broadband — and you don’t need years of sales experience.

Worked in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused role? You may already have more of the skills we’re looking for than you think.
Previous field sales, door-to-door or telecoms experience is an advantage — but it isn’t essential. We’ll train you.


One Essential Requirement
You must hold a full clean manual Irish/EU driving licence.
You’ll be managing your own field territory, and a company vehicle is provided.
